spacious room separate bedroom great breakfast shaded pool smokey ventilation disappointing photos
the room was spacious, with a separate bedroom i found it really nice. breakfast offered a super selection with everything i could want. the staff were friendly and helpful too i thought.
i find the pool area to be disappointing, it was shaded almost all day by nearby buildings. the hotel dont quite match the photos i saw i felt. the suite smelled like smoke, coming from the ventilation so it was not good.

big room updated equipment well kept pool convenient location
The room was big (i loved it!), offering plenty of space to relax. The gym had updated equipment, including several treadmills and weight machines. I spent some time at the pool area. It was well maintained. The location was very convenient, with access to nearby shopping and dining options.
The selection of teas and coffees in the room was limited.

I stayed in a two-bedroom superior suite. The size of the room was spacious, providing plenty of space. The location was near the bts station, made traveling convenient. The staff allowed me to leave my luggage after checkout because my flight was late, which I really appreciated.
The breakfast seemed average. Everything tasted as if it had been frozen and reheated, disappointing. I would expect freshly prepared items for breakfast, especially considering the hotel's reputation.

i found the staff courteous . the hotel offered a large suite perfect for my needs. the suite included comfortable beds and plenty of space for relaxation.
the gym is a bit outdated, with equipment that shows some wear.

Excellent Stay with Family
equipped kitchen friendly staff
The location was very convenient. I appreciated being near the big malls. The fully equipped kitchen was a great help for my family. I also enjoyed the complimentary snack and coffee area in the cafe (that coffee was very good!). The staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay.
The air conditioner was very noisy. I also found the nearest convenience store to be quite far, a slight inconvenience. I believe better soundproofing for the air conditioning system would improve the experience.
