Spacious and Convenient Stay

spacious suite convenient location helpful staff

I stayed in a two-bedroom superior suite. The size of the room was spacious, providing plenty of space. The location was near the bts station, made traveling convenient. The staff allowed me to leave my luggage after checkout because my flight was late, which I really appreciated.

The breakfast seemed average. Everything tasted as if it had been frozen and reheated, disappointing. I would expect freshly prepared items for breakfast, especially considering the hotel's reputation.

Dining

The restaurant food was delicious. I found the menu to have good variety. The staff were very friendly, which enhanced the dining experience, and I really enjoyed trying some local dishes.

Location

10/10

The hotel has a great location near public transport. The proximity to shopping centres made it easy to explore the area. The location is in a quiet area, so i got a good night's sleep, and the surrounding streets feel safe.

Service

10/10

The staff were very attentive and accommodating. I noticed they worked hard to fulfill requests. The reception staff are helpful, and their assistance.

Rooms

9/10

The room was large and comfortable. I liked that the rooms were cleaned every day. The bed was comfortable and ensured a good night's sleep. The suite had enough space to relax.

Excellent Stay with Family

The location was very convenient. I appreciated being near the big malls. The fully equipped kitchen was a great help for my family. I also enjoyed the complimentary snack and coffee area in the cafe (that coffee was very good!). The staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay.

The air conditioner was very noisy. I also found the nearest convenience store to be quite far, a slight inconvenience. I believe better soundproofing for the air conditioning system would improve the experience.
